Appearance

• Colors depend on light conditions. Typically, it has light green to somewhat brownish oval or lanceolate leaves, but under strong light, the leaves can turn reddish or even brownish. It can grow to be 25-40 cm tall and 4-8 cm wide.

Growth rate

• Known for its rapid growth, often reaching up to 2.5 cm per week under ideal conditions. Typically, it can achieve its full size within 4 to 6 weeks when placed in optimal environments.

Lighting

• The average or medium light demand of an aquarium plant is 0,5 W/L. If you want deep-pink leaves you must provide intensive light.

Placement

• A versatile aquarium plant well-suited for the background or midground of an aquarium.

Planting

• Use aqua scaping tweezers to gently insert the base of each stem into the substrate, spacing them a few centimeters apart (around 5cm) to allow for light and growth.
• You simply need to plant it deep enough in the substrate to keep it from floating up.
